With its latest endeavor, Hot Topic is moving lightyears away from the band T-shirts it's known for to clothing that requires a lot less fabric.
The company that brought underground music into every mall in the country is launching a lingerie store called Blackheart. Billed as lingerie for "girls who rock and roll," Blackheart carries bras, panties, corsets, hosiery, sleepwear, accessories and beauty products for women age 18 to 30. So far, the company plans to open five stores, three in California and two in Texas.
We're still not sure how your taste is musical genres translates to the underwear you wear, but if anyone can figure it out, it's Hot Topic. Just please, no bikini briefs with Alex Gaskarth's face on them.
